We've used Troy Phillips' expertise multiple times - both as buyer and seller -so that should tell you how much we value his work. I wish every agent were as good as Troy but unfortunately they are not and it costs clients money and wastes their time. He'll determine the best value of your house and market your property to get fast results that are pleasing to all parties. With the last house, there wasn't even time to put up the sign on the property before our place sold. Be ready to pack and move fast!
