Troy has helped in both selling and buying a home. He works with you as if you are his only client! Whatever my future real estate needs may be, Troy is my “go-to”!

I have purchased two homes and sold one home with Troy‘s help. If you are looking for an agent who is exceptional and can be trusted… I can recommend Troy without hesitation!

Troy Phillips is not only a great agent but also a great person. He helped us with the paperwork, is always there to answer a question and returns our calls right away. We have both purchased and sold a home with Troy and he never let us down.

Going into this not knowing any agents from afar, I was very lucky to connect with Troy. He was incredibly helpful and responsive well before I was even prepared to make offers and was so generous with his time. He’s a pleasure to communicate and work with, and he made our process as easy, stress free and fun as it could have been. His experience, knowledge, follow through and sense of humor make him stand out. Troy provided such a positive experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Troy was awesome to work with! He understood what we were looking for, and he showed us properties that met our criteria. He is very knowledgeable about the different areas, and even showed us around the different areas to see what they looked like. We could not have asked for a better agent! I will always use Troy for any real estate transactions. Thank you very much Troy! You made buying a house an easy and calming experience. We really appreciate you!
